"Hi, I'm Joe Mancino, the founder of Bellacino's
Pizza & Grinders restuarants. Welcome to our two fine Bellacino's in the Upstate of South Carolina. I can't wait for you
to taste my recipes. They've been in the Mancino family for generations. The food is delicious and that Durney Family knows
how to make your dining experience special. We have a full menu but here are the two signature items that made us famous!"

"The PIZZA! The PIZZA! We say it's CLASSIC ITALIAN. What do we mean? Well, the sauce recipe
is one that's been in the Mancino family for generations. It's tangy and yet an itsy bit on the sweet side. The cheese...It's
REAL mozzarella! 90% of the pizza places out there use processed cheese. Wait until you taste the difference real cheese
makes. The crust - not too thin, not too thick. Using our recipes, our stores make it fresh every day. The ingredients
are the best you can buy. Put it together and I'll bet anyone that you have the best tasting pizza in The Upstate."

"GRINDER. What's a Grinder? It's a hot sandwich sensation that's older than even me! During
World War I, Italian immigrants set up sandwich shops close to the shipyards. Their freshly baked Italian rolls were filled
with generous amounts of meats and cheeses, and were then baked and garnished with lettuce and tomato. These super-sized
sanwiches were a favorite of the hard-working men who ground off rivets on the metal warships. The friendly shop owners referred
to these men as 'grinders,' and the ever-popular sandwiches also came to be known as Grinders."
Using the highest quality
meats, cheeses, seafoods and veggies, we prepare them on homemade bread and send them through the pizza oven at 495 degrees!
A 'toasted' sub cannot compare."

A note from Tom Durney:
Welcome to Bellacino's Pizza
& Grinders. Three of the four Bellacino's in the Upstate are owned and operated by our family. My wife, Amy manages the
Simpsonville restaurant. If you've been into that restaurant, you know that she’s that blond-headed whirlwind who is a delight
to be around. My son, Tyler is back in the family business and teamed with his sister Megan Downey to manage our newest Bellacino's
on Beacon Drive ("Restaurant Row") at Pelham Rd. and I-85 next to California Dreaming. Managing our downtown restaurant is
Nathan Jerkins who started with us at minimum wage five years ago. I hop around doing whatever needs done from cleaning tables
to maintenance to finances.
We know that success in the restaurant business depends on the quality of the food, the
service, the space, and cleanliness. We're blessed to be Bellacino's franchises. One taste of the food and you're hooked.
We try to treat people in a caring way and have a little fun with them. Our spaces are very different. In Simpsonville,
we're in a relatively new shopping center and have a nice corner space with plenty of light. At 123 South Main Street Downtown
you’ve got to see how we blended the charm and craftsmanship of the historic Carpenter Brother's Drug Store with Bellacino’s
signature themes. On Beacon Drive -- known as Restaurant Row -- we took over the Stax location which was originally an Applebee's.
We had a ball remodeling it! It may be the best-looking pizza joint in The Upstate.
Keep it clean; do we ever! We're
fanatical in this area because we want to protect our customers. You'll notice when you come in. In fact, our two-year-old
restaurant in Simpsonville is considered by the Health Department to be one of the cleanest in the county.
In summary,
we’re committed to providing large servings of delicious food at a good price. Please take time to let us know what you think.
Thank you. Tom
